I don't think I like the scarf with this outfit, but I thought I'd put a picture up anyhow. Got it yesterday on a whim, but I'm going to try not to wear it with things like this in the future; I feel too posh in this outfit. Just whack a Hermès Birkin on my arm, call me a Hills reject and I'd be good to go. (Gahhhhh)I've gotten bored of taking outfit photos in my room (can you tell?!) but there's pretty much nowhere in my house where I can fit my tripod and take full body photos and be in front of a plain wall. Be glad when we move haha!
I got a few more new things yesterday and my birthday money's nearly all gone. Peeerfect timing seen as it's nearly half term so I'll have time to do this video without missing future things out. Guess it's worked out well!
Can't believe I've not put a proper photo with my fringe showing on here yet, I've had it for over two weeks now. Wonder how long it'll last this time?

Ta-daaa, my first playlist! It's not the most organised of things; I thought I'd start this 'feature' with something filled with my favourites, so you can get the general gist of what I listen to. My all time favourites are mostly songs with more meaningful lyrics, whereas my current favourites are just a mix of anything.

I think Running has got to be my favourite song of all time. It's so lovely and No Doubt were one of my first favourite bands so I love them quite a lot.

I can't contain my excitement for Born To Die to be out on Monday! Lana gets quite a few mixed reviews but I really like her sound. I think I'll be buying Tribes debut album soon too. I'm not sure whether to do a review type thing with music I buy on here, or a monthly round up of CD's I've bought. Would anyone be interested?

And lastly I just want to mention Matt Corby; not only does he have an amazing voice but he's pretty much the most beautiful man I've ever seen. Might do a separate post on him too?

Other 3.0 - NBDVINTAGE

NBD Vintage is a recently opened online vintage store made by a lovely girl named Kristy. She herself has always had a love for thrifting and so came up with a plan to sell the amazing clothes she finds online.

Personally, I think the shop has a good mix of clothes for a lot of different styles; there's plenty of vibrant patterned blouses, simple maxi dresses and slouchy vintage t-shirts, I'd definitely say there's something for everyone... Even men! I love the t-shirt below.Not only does Kirsty have an Etsy but she does appointment shopping in her apartment, where local customers can get shop directly from her. How cool is that?! I'm jealous of anyone who lives nearby and can pop round and get kitted out. She loves it too as she's a big fan of dressing people up, and has had past experience with wardrobe styling in TV.

1. Happy new year! Hope everybody had a good time and is all good. My night was a bit odd but it ended good and that's all that matters.2. I'm not going to dedicate this post to my resolutions (because I have none this year) or my year in photos, I just wanted to mention something I'm going to be starting doing this year. I personally love finding new music and I thought I'd share my finds and my favourites with you. So, I'm introducing a monthly playlist feature, at the end of each month. I know monthly isn't much but if it were weekly, I probably wouldn't stick to it. It's not too exciting but it's better than nothing, eh?3. I'm having second thoughts about this video because my camera's a pain to focus and filming it whilst it's light and there's nobody in my house is going to be an absolute pain in the bum. Hands up if you'll settle for photos instead? I think I'd do it in sections rather than all at once as well, and a post a week or something.
Going to go drown in Multimedia coursework yet again, this has been short and sweet haha.

Went shopping today with high expectations of the Urban Outfitters & Topshop sale. Obviously, they didn't live up to my expectations, duh. Story of my life. I bought some jewellery from the Topshop one, nothing from the UO one, spent my £30 from my auntie in MAC & spent a little bit in Primark. Ah well.

I've got 6 pans in my MAC palette so far and want three more (promised myself I can't buy more for a while after I've got those)! I was going to order them online but I'm a bit worried about them cracking or something in the post. Has anyone bought eyeshadow or even blusher from their website? How was it when it came?

Finally sorted our plans for NYE tomorrow but I need to make myself look 18 overnight... Help? (Seriously, I look about 12, what can I do?)

Thought I'd share a few things I got for Christmas. This book is the best, I could sit and read/look through it for ages. The jumpers in the second photo are from Topshop and H&M but you'll no doubt see them in this video. Aside from these I got some more clothes (jeans, shoes, socks, pyjamas), a framed picture with 6 Beatles' album covers and original film rolls from their music videos in it, a remote control from my camera (which isn't compatible so we're taking it back and getting a different one), some money and (obv) enough chocolate to last me until next Christmas. So greatful for it all though, I got more than I expected and I love everything. Happy happy happy!

I've been wondering about this video thing. It's going to be about Christmas presents and what I've been buying with the money I got that & my birthday, right? Do you want to see make-up purchases and things like CD's and DVD's I got, or just clothes/jewellery? Basically, make-up included (even though pretty much all of it is just from Boots' and isn't very interesting) or just the MAC palette I bought and what colours I've got so far? I'm not sure what you'd prefer, so let me know!

I know I'm a little early but if I scheduled this, I don't think many people would read it until after Christmas so here you go. Hey look, it's these leggings again. I keep wearing this outfit because it's easy and doesn't take much effort in a ~~morning~~ afternoon (getting dressed before 12 is a ridiculous idea in the holidays). It's like someone was listening to me rant on about the crap lighting when I was trying to take monday's outfit photos because today it's been sunny and nice, I even saw someone wearing shorts and a t-shirt. Weird.

Ok. That's all I have to say, minus the fact I bought some new things today; two dresses and a top which are currently in shops like Ark, for £20 all together instead of the combined ticket prices of £95! Fuck yeah for saving £75.

Can this even count as an outfit post? The lighting is so bad in the photos I took of me wearing this, so I had to resort to taking them at the window. Not cool! Some of this will be shown again in this video shabangalang I said I might do, maybe I should have thought about that before.

Anyhow, complaining aside, this is what I wore last night to TGI Fridaaaaaaays for my 'birthday meal' with some of my friends. Ate like an absolute fatty and got sung to (is that even a sentence? Erm...) It was a good night and I love my friends and really can't wait til NYE now!

My birthday money is disappearing and it feels like I've barely bought anything with it. Too many parties and meals around Christmas time, not that I'm complaining.

Purchases 2.8 - E.L.F haul

I thought I'd show these separate rather than in the video I might be doing as it'd probably end up doubling the length of it if I included all these. I've never bought from E.L.F before so didn't know what to expect; I've seen all the mixed reviews on different blogs/vlogs... everyone seems to just have different opinions.

I ordered these on my birthday (Monday 12th) and they arrived by the Wednesday (14th). How good is that?! I used a day-long code for 30% so this should have all come to £45, but instead I got it for £31.50. Huzzah!

I'm pleased with things so far. The brushes are good, though I've had a few bristles fall out but you don't expect them to be perfect with the price. I still like them! I really like matte lip colour and the mineral lip liner (the matte colour is really drying, just fyi - again, expected). Not 100% sure with the other lipliner and lipstick though. The rest, I've not properly used; I keep forgetting about the Complexion Perfection! Oh, and the nail varnishes 'Desert Haze' and 'Innocent' are really similar, as you can probably tell! Wish I'd have only bought one, but hey ho.

Totally rushed this post as I'm waiting to get picked up but don't know what time. I'm going to the Manchester Christmas markets tomorrow, how e x c i t i n g !

It's my 17th birthday today ☺ Birthdays that involve school aren't really as good though so it doesn't feel like it. Whatever. I got mostly money (£270, oh my GOD) and socks (yes, socks. Literally a lifetime supply of them). I can't wait to go shopping! (Also feel like I should say I'm really grateful for it all, even though my family don't read my blog...)

I keep going for week long periods without blogging, which isn't really a lot, but it feels weird to me seen as I usually post two/three times a week. I've got nothing interesting to post about. It sounds really stupid but I don't want to post outfit posts until I've lost some weight because I'm not happy with myself (I give you permission to laugh here - ) but a blog full of pointless photos would be boring. So, I'm not going to do that. I don't even know why I just typed that out. Erm. I was thinking of Polyvore-ing my Christmas list but then I wouldn't be able to show you after Christmas. Well, I would, but it'd be a bit repetitive. Should I do so anyway? I don't know! Or, I could wait until I've spent some of my birthday money and film a haul of Christmas presents and such. FILM?! Maybe my birthday's gone to my head. But, that seems like a better idea than taking photos of things. Would you prefer that or do you like picture posts? Leave me a comment & let me know! Or, give me some ideas; do you want to see anything in particular? (That could so be perceived in the wrong way, oops)

Personal 1.8 - Day in pictures!

This is slightly picture heavy!

London was so good! I'd never really fancied it (weird?) because I love Manchester too much. But, I kinda really want to live there, or in one of the town houses. They look amazing! (I bet people from London who are reading this are secretly laughing at me and wondering why I'm so amazed. We don't have this kinda all over central Manchester!)
Anyhow. Yeah. We got to Picadilly really early so went and got a drink and sat down. I bought NME from a homeless man and had a bit of a nosebleed on the train. When we got there, we walked straight to the Tate Modern. Took a few too many photos on/around the Millenium Bridge. Went to the Gerhard Richter exhibition (but weren't allowed to take photos - I bought some postcards though so you can see his style of work on those). Then, we walked for a while to the underground, which is literally the oddest thing. We had lunch at Nando's after walking through Covent Gardens for forever (could probably get used to living there, everything looked so pretty) and afterwards went to the Saatchi Gallery. Had to buy something I didn't need whilst I was there, didn't I? This time it was another glitter nail varnish from Accessorize in 'Emerald City.' Um um um. Then we had a bit of a funny situation with a lady who started following us. Turned out she had mistaken us for her college group and she had to walk back from the tube station to the Saatchi. And then we got the train home. I wish we'd have had time to go to the British Museum but we didn't. That'd have been good!

And now, I'm ridiculously tired and need about three weeks to recover from having to get up at half five yesterday.

PS: Have you seen the January 2012 Elle cover with Gaga on the front? The green one. Oh. My. God. I'm not really a Gaga fan but I'd go as far as saying it's the most perfect magazine cover I've ever seen. WOW.

Taking outfit photos is getting harder & harder now. I never have enough time to get proper ones before I go out and when I get back, it's pretty much always gone dark. GRRRR! Note to self: if you take pictures in this place again, move to your right a bit.
Whatevuh. The weeks are going soooo quickly. I'm going to London on Tuesday with Sixth Form (to the Saatchi Gallery & Tate Modern & maybe The British Museum (I think?)). I'm so excited! I've never been to London before, crazy. I'm going to take my camera and hopefully take lots of pictures.
I've been shopping today with my mum for Christmas presents, and we're doing the same tomorrow but in a bigger shopping centre. I got this & a grey/black/white knitted jumper today (that was from H&M). I wanted this black/grey lace top from River Island too but I didn't like it much when I tried it on. Shame because it was so nice! Planning on getting these tomorrow too if they have my size, along with some Topshop jeans. You know when you have money and you can't find anything you really want? Or you find the things you want but still have too much left over? Yep. Story of my life right now.

I've got a really busy month this month so I can't guarantee 2/3 posts a week like I used to but, on the plus side, this could mean more outfit posts! I have one about a lovely little vintage shop coming up for you sometime this month. Keep your eyes peeled.

Other 2.7 - Tattoos!

Sooo, I got tattooed. How exciting! I know, the legal age is 18 and I'm only 16, but a friend of a friend who has a tattoo shop did it for me because I was dead set on having this done. Do you like? I love it, thank God. There'd be no going back if I didn't, haha.

I'm joking. Did I trick you? ;) It's actually a temporary tattoo from faketattoos! I was sent two to try out and review on here. Obviously this is one of them, and the other is a cluster of blue flowers which you can find here. I'm saving that for next summer because I think it'll look nicer with a tan.

I applied the clover one on Thursday afternoon and followed the instructions which come on the back of each of the tattoos (but you can find them online too if you like). You do exactly the same as you'd do with any other kind of temporary tattoo so it's pretty simple really.
It's meant to last between 3-5 days. It's not scratched off at all so far and is exactly the same as it is in these pictures (which I took just after I'd put it on on Thursday). It looks kinda shiny on those but it's not anymore, it actually looks quite realistic... I've had a few people at sixth form ask if it's real! I think that was because it had only just been applied. I'll let you know when it eventually rubs off.

I think temporary tattoos like this are pretty cool. I know now that I won't be wanting a real one thats so big on my wrist when I'm older which is good. They have quite a lot of designs so you can choose from a variety of different ones. There's a couple I don't particularly like much, but I do have my eye on this one and this one. Maybe when I have some extra money I'll get them!

I'm going through a nail varnish phase so I thought I'd show you a few I've collected recently.

Cosmic, Urban Outfitters, £6.
This is the first UO nail varnish I've ever bought and it's my favourite nail varnish ever (even though I only got it on Saturday!) I never want to take it off. It's ridiculously sparkly on your nails and I think it's really quick drying, which is always good. Plus, it reminds me of Rainbow Connection by OPI but a little less vibrant.

I got the No7 ones about a month(ish) ago. The red one looks kinda black in some light after two coats, which I like. The other is black and glittery and I really like it. I'm not sure about the 'formula' though, they seem really runny and the brush is too big for my stupidly small nails. Victoria is kinda like Temptress but I don't much like it... I'm not sure why as it's the most expensive and from the most well known brand but it just seems crap when you put it on. Just my opinion though! The Accessorize one is my favourite out of these, it looks quite nice with a gold glitter topcoat.

I know me rambling on about nail varnish is a bit boring but I wanted to share the amazing-ness of Cosmic so thought I may aswell show the other few.

I've deleted the last post about fancy dress. Thank you for all the comments but, I've decided I'm going to go as a cavewoman as it doesn't involve getting up earlier and caking myself in make up.

Sleep > a good costume, duh!

Oh and we didn't meet Noel but I caught a glimpse of him through one of the windows in Waterstones as we passed later on!

I don't know. Some things which are making my mind tick. I wish I could click my fingers and be the weight I was two years ago, or have some proper motivation to slim down a bit. (This isn't a beg for attention, just some thoughts ok!)
I have some ideas but I don't know how to put them into practice. I want to start writing up a monthly playlist but I don't know whether/how to make it downloadable on mediafire and I don't know if anyone would actually enjoy it. What do you think? I might start it after the new year. I just kinda want to do a regular 'feature' type thing.
I (think) I'll be going to Manchester on Saturday, shopping. Noel Fielding's doing a book signing there but if wristbands are needed (which they probably are) we'd have to go ridiculously early. No thanksssss. If we hang around near Affleck's we could have that highly unlikely chance of bumping into him (not reeeeeally).

This blog is just turning into a mish mash of completely irrelevant things haha.

Bit of a long post but when I asked a bit ago what you'd like to see on here, Sophie suggested a ring collection. The ones with a '*' next to them are those I wear the most. A majority of them I barely ever wear and aren't my style anymore but who knows. I might change my mind one day. I've missed one ring off this, which you can see here anyway.

I have way too many rings but I always forget just how many and end up buying more... I think I have a problem. There's so many different styles I want and still don't have. Ringhab anyone? (Criiiiinge)

Do you like these kinds of posts or are they boring? I tried making video versions of this but the focus on my Canon is really noisy and I have to change it manually so it's a bit of a pain. Any other 'collection' videos you might want to see? Other jewellery types is your best bet, that's the only type of thing I tend to buy a lot of.

(I'm not at all bragging by the way! Just that this is something that got suggested so I thought 'why not')

Wasn't sure whether to post this or not because of the rubbish lighting/quality and the fact I only wore it for about an hour. But hey ho. Here you go. (Poet and I didn't know it. Boom.)

I had such a good halloween! I don't have many flattering photos but you can see one of my outfit here. I don't know what it is but when I'm taking photos myself using my tripod or whatever, I look a decent size but if someone else takes them, I look about two stone heavier and rounder. I don't know. It's brilliant for your self esteem... not. Does anyone else find this or is just me being a complainer? And did you have a good halloween too?

I cannot begin to explain how much I want this dress, but at nearly £100 it's really highly unlikely I'll ever own it. The colour is so perfect! I nearly bought the lace top the other day but couldn't justify spending £30 on it. It's nice, but not that nice. Maybe when it comes into the January sales...

I know I promised outfit photos last night but... I have no excuse. I just didn't take any. You can kinda see my outfit here. It was a bargain outfit! I got the dress on the day from a local market stall for £5 and I'm planning on taking the other one I got back. Saves me nearly £20 :-) The jacket was £3 from Primark a bit ago and the belt about 50p from there too. I wore my wedges too which are from a local shop. Huzzzah. (What is this word? And why do I keep using it?!?!?!)

So excited for tomorrow night. I really want to do the dripping blood nails but my nails are too short :( I did two fingers and one has gone alright but the other's awful along with my others which are just purple and green. Why am I telling you this?

I'm not a good blogger when it comes to variety. Everything I wear is either from H&M or Primark. Oops. Aside from that, I also look like I'm a walking advert for rolled up trousers/sleeves. Oops again.
This bag cost me £4 in the sale, happy bunny. Maybe I should have taken a photo of it close up. Oops again again. I'll do that soon. How annoying/odd looking is the hook on my door? May start editing it out hahaha.

1. I rearranged the photos/added more to the side of my book case. It looks really tidy and neat now!
2. A photo from last week when I went to take photographs for my Multimedia in the cemetery. None of which came out right for what I need them for. Typical.
3. Cameras my Nanna & Grandad gave me. I have no idea about them, all I know is that the Franka one is a 35mm so I can use that whenever. There's not much online about either. The other definitely isn't 35mm. I'll whack a film in the Franka when I have money for developing, see how it turns out.
4. The one good thing about getting up early for Sixth Form - sunrises!
5. I bought some of those flower headbands from Primark yesterday, they were 50p each and I'd been waiting until they went into the sale bit. Cut them up and wrapped them around my bed. I think they look dead cute.

See what I meant by ginger? It's faded quite a bit (surprisingly!) since earlier this week and it's kinda growing on me. Still don't know whether or not to dye over it though with a more true brown colour.
I finished school for a week on Thursday so I should be able to do more outfit posts this week. This means it's very nearly Halloween. I'm way too excited. Currently wanting temporary tattoos for it. Friday, I am going to bake muffins and such and buy purple hair spray and fake blood AHHHHH.
I bought a new dress today, you'll probably see that on Thursday/Friday as it's for my friend's birthday meal. Huzzah. I got a few other things too, no doubt you'll see them in weeks to come anyway so it's pointless showing.
How are you all? I feel like really distant from blogging but this week will make up for it.

This is my make-up for halloween. I don't know why I'm showing you this. I did this on Sunday night, so this isn't the new dyed hair. I was going to show you what that looks like now but I'm not really sure about it at all. It's meant to be this colour but it's slightly red-y ginger-y and not how I wanted it. Nothing ever goes right! When I dyed it blonde, it was more yellow and now I've re-done it darker, it's almost ginger. I don't know what to do because I don't want to redo it darker because a) I'll end up with no hair and b) I'd have to get it done at the hairdressers which will cost about £30 & I have no money to be wasting on hair stuff. In such a crappy mood. I really wish I'd never dyed it in the first place, from it being a dark blonde colour. Seriously, if you've never dyed your hair before, never do. It's not worth it!
Sorry about the rant-y-ness. I don't even feel comfortable putting a picture of it up. Ugh.

I don't much like body-con skirts, but I've kept mine because sometimes it can come in handy.
My roots are ridiculous, but it's okay because I'm re-dying my hair on Monday (I think)! I've got quite a dark colour - for me at least - in hopes of them not reappearing again for a little longer. I'll let you know how that goes.

Currently stuck in a rut over clothes. I just want it to be Christmas/my birthday so I can buy a whole new wardrobe. I feel like I look stupid in everything I wear. I was looking through my Myspace from when I was a little younger and I've put too much weight on (for my liking) in the past two years. I want to change myself, for the better.

Came home to find the October/Autumn issue of Monki magazine had arrived, huzzah. A free tester for Garnier's new BB cream came too because y'know... it can be kinda amusing to trawl through freebie websites. I've not read the magazine properly yet but I like it, judging by my first flick through.

I know I keep saying this but seriously, I am drowwwwwning in sixth form work. I thought people were exagerating when they said it was a lot of hard work. They're not. It's mostly Psychology (which I don't much like) and Multimedia which I have all the home-stuff to do. I feel so unorganized from it all!

I've spent my whole evening listening to Charlie Simpson on repeat. I saw him briefly at Wakestock but only knew one song of his, which I now regret because I'm kinda sorta falling in love with him. You should listen to him. His unplugged sessions are so good and peaceful. Infact, I'll be a kind sod and do all the hard work for you. Here:

I have finally found a pair of chelsea(esque) boots, exactly how I wanted them! And, they were only £26 from Peacocks of all places! I've decided now as well, because these are black, I'll buy the cherry red Dr Martens when I eventually get some. I don't need any more black shoes. I also got myself the no7 black liquid eyeliner because I needed a new one. It takes a couple of goes to get it 'streak' free (if that makes sense?) but the brush has a really thin tip so I like it.
This will be the last purchases post in a while, for sure. I've done quite a few recently. I have about £3 to my name now. I really should get a job. My tripod came yesterday, I promise you an outfit post this weekend. How exciting. I've missed doing proper ones.
Is it too early to be starting to make a Christmas list? I'm not asking for a main present because my camera is kinda that as well as for my results. I think I'll just get some clothes and make-up which is fine by me.

What I've bought recently. Been wanting some coloured skinny jeans for a while, and I decided that £14 was enough to pay for them because I think they're quite seasonal. I can look past the tacky buttons at that price too! Loooooove this lipstick, I swear it's one of the only colours I've bought that does actually suit me. Bought Max Factor Xperience foundation because I wanted a change from my usual, and new Maybelline Falsies mascara too. The only mascara I've ever repurchased!

I made an attempt at galaxy nails! (You'll already know this if you follow me on Twitter so this might be a rubbish post for you, sorry). Please ignore my nails! They're so horrible and short and dried out, though I guess it's my own fault for being a biter. But, I think they look alright for a first attempt! I think there should be more pink-y colours in them but hey ho, life goes on, etc etc.

They don't show up very well on photos, even macro mode wouldn't pick up the glittery-bits properly. I tried making a video but I'm useless at it and I could edit music over the top to drone out all the shuffl-y noises. Ah well.

I'm sick of mirror photos already! There's literally nothing I can do about it though, gah. I have nothing interesting to blog about at the moment, it's rubbish. Through the week, all I can really post is inspirations or wants, and they're not as 'popular' on here as outfit posts tend to be. Unless you want outfit posts of me wearing a suit and looking stupid? Nope, didn't think so. I feel really bad about it all! What's happening to me, haha?!
This is what I wore last night to a house party. I wish I'd have stayed longer but I couldn't, Life & soul of the party, right here. I should have taken more *~*~nice~*~* photos as well, rather than ones of unsuspecting victims (ha). Ah well. You learn.
What kind of posts would you like to see during the week? Any 'tag' type things I could do? Maybe videos, an accent tag type thing or a 'collection' post? I don't know. I'm losing my blogging (cue Geordie accent) mojo.

This is my go-to outfit at the moment, I think. I like how the burgundy looks with the leopard print. All I ever seem to do is apologise but, sorry about the mirror shots! Until I get a tripod (probably around Christmas-time) I have no proper way of taking outfit photos. The fan I used as a make-shift tripod before doesn't hold my new camera properly and I'm really conscious of breaking or dropping it so I don't want to risk it. My parents are quite useless at taking photos too so not much luck there. I'll try and find something!

- Lacking anything decent to post about.

- Only ever wearing a suit and my pyjamas.
- Crying on the inside about how I won't be going to see The Courteeners when they're playing Manchester in December.

I promise decent posts will commence as of weekend. Blogging is proving quite difficult with sixth-form stuff, especially Multimedia. I will try and get some outfit posts up at the Weekend.

Say hello to my new camera... I can't contain my excitement right now! I'd asked for a DSLR for as a present for doing well in my exams because my dad had mentioned it a while ago. But, I thought it was too expensive so suggested it be my Christmas present as well. So, we went to get it today. She's a Canon EOS 1100d. I wanted the 1000d originally but the 1100d was only £70 dearer, and has HD movie making so I could start making the odd outfit video or whatever. Who knows?!
I've spent the past hour messing around with all the different settings and such so thought I'd post some of my favourite pictures so far. The nail-varnishes are the ones I've been wearing the most recently; they are Mint Choc Chip by 17 and Wait Until Dark by Ciaté (came free in this/last months Marie Claire).
Lastly, my heart goes out to those affected by the 9/11 attacks.x

I'm not sure how you all feel about buying fake versions/copies of designer brands abroad and I bet some of you won't entirely agree with it. I thought I'd show you anyway because the purse is part of what I got and I really love it so, why not? I don't mind buying fakes, as long as they're of things I'd never be able to afford, or of things I wouldn't pay the full price for if it were real. I was going to buy some maroon low top Converse fakes because they're something I'd like but don't necessarily need, and they were only £8. But, when I thought about it, it would have been a bit stupid buying a fake version of something that would normally cost only about 3 times more.

Aside from these things, my mum bought me an Abercrombie-a-like hoodie. I don't think it's any kind of exact match of a real one but it only cost £10 and is the comfiest, warmest hoodie ever. That's my justification! I got a pendant type thing too which I'm going to put on a chain when I next get one from Afflecks... That cost about 20p/30p. I love how cheap Turkey is! I regret not buying more rings (there were LOADS) but I was trying to save my money for when I came home so I could go proper shopping. (Typically I can't find anything I want here, great).

Aloha! I'm going to apologize in advance for how much talking I'm going to do now, because I'm guessing it'll be quite a bit. Here goes...

#1. I feel so detached from blogging! It's only been two weeks but it seems like I've neglected this haha! I've been keeping upto date with who's commented and such whilst I've been on holiday because I could get wifi in the hotel and in some nearby restaurants and bars, hence why I ended up tweeting through most of it. I'm not going to do my usual @ replies on here to comments because I think that might be a little pointless because the posts haven't been very personal. Does that make any sense? Nope? Okay.

#2. I think we get the computer back tomorrow. I'm not sure when it'll all be wired up and ready to use (hopefully tomorrow night if I nag my dad enough), but as soon as it is, I'll be downloading all my photos from my camera and sorting them out. I'd have added a picture to show you my untanned face but the webcam on this laptop doesn't work. This makes me feel even more impersonal. #whatareyoudoinghannah #sortit

#3. I took some outfit pictures whilst I were away but I'm not sure whether or not to post them. All the outfits are (obviously) summer-y and now it's autumn so I feel like it'd be a bit out of place. I don't know. It makes sense in my head. Do you want to see them?

#4. Other posts I've got holiday related are just general pictures and one about things I bought whilst I were in Turkey. Those will probably be up before/at the weekend.

#5. I had a good holiday I guess, but some things ruined it. I don't want to complain on here (I think I did enough of that on Twitter) but it just felt like things had changed a lot in the hotel since last year and to say the least, I felt like we were really restricted with where we could go/what we could do. But that's irrelevant. I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would but I did have a lovely time nonetheless and am quite tanned (minus on my face)!

#6. I got my GCSE results whilst I were away! I got 6 x A's (Eng Lit & Lang, Maths, Biology, RS, French), 3 x B's (Chemistry(!), Physics(!!!!!), Sociology) 1 x C (Art) and a distinction in ICT. I'm really happy with what I got, especially as I thought I were getting C's and D's in Chem & Physics. I am a little disappointed in art though but I think we were harsh marked. Ah well!

#7. I start sixth form on Wednesday. Not sure how I feel about it, kinda excited to meet new people but it means I've got to work again ugh. It's a hard life being a (kinda) student.

#8. I've had quite a lot of money from family for doing well in my exams and I had a lot of holiday money left over so have been buying quite a bit. I don't think I'll show those purchases individually, no doubt you'll see them in outfit posts over the coming months. One thing I got was a burnt orange/red jumper from H&M basics, and I adore it! It's perfect and only cost £9.99. Bargain!

#9. I think that's it! I'm really sorry for how boring this post will have been to read but I just wanted to update you all a little and try and get blogging back on track. I feel the need to redo my layout again for winter so that could happen soon if I have time. Hope you're all good, and have had a lovely summer! X

I'm going to possibly take the bottom rail out of my wardrobe and get some kind of short bookshelf to put in there so I can fold things up and make it more organised. I can't wait. Not the most amazing DIY you ever did see, but I guess they're okay! I were in the midst of making another shell one but the shell ended up cracking and I have no more left, so I'll have to wait until I'm home to make more. The suede & leather thong/rawhide were from Afflecks and I can't remember where I bought the turquoise stone. I don't think I'll wear the shell one but I probably will make use of the other. I wish I had some bigger jumprings to put on it though. Ah well. What do you think?

#01. Not the most exciting outfit but hey ho. I had to put it in black and white to (attempt to) hide the awful quality. The top's a dusky pink colour, just incase you were wondering.

#02. I made the stupid mistake of deciding to organise my music before and now my iTunes is saying it can't find my songs because I've changed the pathway. I only have 219 songs to listen to now, because I can't be bothered relocating them all. Bit of a stark contrast from 2500. Ah well, it's only until Tuesday/Wednesday; my dad's sending the computer off because it's got some kind of virus or something going on inside it and it'll probably do the same thing again whilst it's away. We go on holiday on Friday so it's not too bad but when I come back it'll be about 3 days before I'll have the computer back so I'll only write an update post from one of the laptops. Did all that make sense? Nope? Sorry! Basically, I've fucked up my music, I won't have a computer until around the 5th/6th September and when I get it back, I have 2500 songs to reconnect back up to iTunes. Crycrycry.

#03. I bought some T-shirts today to bleach. They're currently drying/developing but if they're alright, I'll try and do a post about them before the computer goes (I guess I could use the laptop webcam if I don't do it in time?) It'll be scheduled to post while I'm away so keep your eyes peeled.

What I got in Manchester today. The sandals were an absolute bargain, and I'd been wanting some black ones for on holiday so I were super happy about them! I love 'um. The loafers are for sixth form. Not sure if I've mentioned this already but I've got my blazer jacket in store from H&M the other week but nowhere did the pants that are supposed to match. So, I've had to order them online and did so on the 26th July but they're still not here. I love H&M and everything but seriously, what are they playing at?! It says they should be delivered in the next few days. I hope they are because we go on holiday a week tomorrow (the 19th) and when we get back there'll only be about 4 days before I go back to sixth form. I hope hope hope they're right or I'm a bit stuffed. It's so annoying how we have to have grey suits; you can't mix and match tops and bottoms from different places because of the shades and nowhere does the tapered bottoms I want in 'set's at a decent price. Sheesh. Okaaaaay that was a bit of a gob-full. Oops.
And, seen as my mum's not letting me get my helix done, I decided to fake it and buy ear cuffs. I want to buy some which attach to lobe piercings soon. Maybe they'll sell them in Turkey? I really wanted the one in a post below with 'hope' on it but it's been bought now. Ah well!

On another note, I marbled my nails sometime last week/the week before. It's literally the hardest thing, EVER. This was my best attempt but I ended up taking it off because it's not as good as I'd have hoped. Oh well. You can find loads of tutorials on YouTube (this is the one I went off). I want to try space nails next, like Tenneil but my nails are shit so that probably won't work.

#1. I had my hair dyed last night so it wasn't as yellow-y for holiday. It's pretty much my natural colour again now, just a little lighter. Not a clue what's going on with my fringe but my hairdresser's on holiday so it'll have to persevere until she's back.

#2. I can't believe how horrendously people have been acting down south in the past few days. I'm not going to go into full on rant mode about it because I've done enough of that on Twitter and Tumblr. I can't even put my anger into words properly. It is disgraceful. Our country needs sorting out, it is an absolute shambles at the best of times but now, wow. We are royally fucked thanks to hundreds of selfish, inconsiderate so & so's. Ugh. I really hope it doesn't come to Manchester. It makes me want to scream! I wish people would make sure they know the facts before they start stirring stuff on Facebook and getting everyone worried. I can't even... UGH. It's so disrespectful to all the men on the front line fighting for our country, all the people in the past who have gone through wars for us to be here and all the people whose lives are being ruined for a pair of fricking trainers or a TV. By people who have nothing to do with the 'cause' of all this. People who are jumping on the bandwagon and have no idea of the effect they're having. It is well and truly awful. Scumbags. I'm ashamed to be from Britain right now.

#3. It's always a good thing when you under-estimate how much money you have. Cannot wait to go on holiday and buy lots of jewellery and knock-off things (please don't leave comments about this; I'll probably mention my views on it at a later date. As far as I'm concerned; it'll be me using them and so it shouldn't affect anyone else).

Bit of a fancy outfit to say I did pretty much nothing today. My mum decided she wanted to go for a walk around the cemetary across the road, so we did. I got her to take some outfit photos there but let's face it, she's really no good behind a camera! So, I ended up taking usual bedroom ones. Ah well. I took Zara the Zenit too but only took a few photos because there were a lot of workmen in there and the flowers had all gone.

I've made a new 'inspirations' Tumblr... here. It's only going to be full of pictures, no text or whatever. It's kinda pointless but I'm getting bored of pastel-wards a bit so I thought I'd make one which I can fill with things that inspire me. Go follow it, I only have 4 followers at the moment!

I'm in a bit of a predicament; I have no idea what to post. Not in a 'i'm uninspired blah blah cba with blogging' way, but because of going on holiday in three, nearly two, weeks. I was planning on taking photos of night-time outfits whilst I'm there then doing a post about 'What I wore on holiday' when I'm back. So, that means I can't really do outfit posts now. Because of the weather, all I'm wearing is jeans and tshirts which is uninteresting. When it's sunny, I'd wear something I'd take on holiday. LOSE-LOSE SITUATION.

I'm not spending any money until I'm on holiday either so purchases are scarce. Inspiration posts seem less personal and there's not really much else.

So, I thought I'd ask; is there anything you want to see? Any 'tag' style things, like things I've done in the past... 'what's in my bag' and the 'room tour'? Is there anything else you want to have a nosey at? I don't know, give me ideas! My dad has bought a thing called a Dremel, which is like a tiny little drill that I can use to help make jewellery. Once I've got a few necklaces done, should I do some DIY's?

I've got some things queued for whilst I'm away, but apart from that I'm stuck. Help a brotha out.

#1. Nothing much is happening. I'm bored out of my skull. Today, my mum dragged me to Matalan which wasn't all that bad; got the triange studs & the ring above plus a skirt & dress for on holiday and a pair of 'super skinny' jeans which aren't really all that skinny for £5. I might cut them a little so they're more like ankle grazers because they're a 31in leg and that's too long. Bit of an embarrassing fandango in Matalan where me & mother hen were in different cubicles/changing rooms and I didn't know she'd left the one she was in so I went to show her the dress I was trying on and there was a topless 50 year old standing there. Fuck being me.
#2. Then, she dragged me to Asda Living (which only sells clothes/furniture/shite) and NICK GRIMSHAW WAS THERE. I went into fangirl mode a bit. He's so tall and attractive and we made eye contact. If I die tomorrow, I will die happy. (If anyone's interested in selling me a life... drop me a comment).
#3. I put some of that wash in/wash out hair dye stuff in my hair yesterday morning to see if it would fade to pink (I used Rich Mahogany if you wondered) but that didn't work and now I have a copper coloured streak which I have to put in a plait (as you can see in the picture!) and hairspray it to death otherwise it looks ridiculous. Ah well.
#4. I really, really want a pair of either desert boots or chelsea boots for autumn/winter. I'm guessing chelsea boots will be more suitable so I'll probably end up with a pair of those. Not sure why I've told you that!
#5. And I need a pair of sandals... I got some last year from Primark but they had weird bead things on them which made my feet hurt. So, I just decided to cut all those off. I can wear them now without my feet dying but I still want another pair 'cos I'm not 100% about them. Seen some turquoise ones from Primark that are only £6. I need a trip to Manchester.

#3. Flickr's just told me I have to upgrade to a pro account once I've uploaded 200 photos; I'm on 170-something now. I refuse to pay money to store photos! What to do, what to do? Tinypic doesn't appeal much because anyone could just take the pictures. I might convert to Photobucket. I don't know. Or I could just keep making lots of Flickr accounts haha. That'd get confusing though.
#4. My holidays are so boring. Literally each time I've suggested meeting up with people, they've said 'you organise it' or that they're busy. Blah. Just want it to be August 19th so I can go to Turkey.

The video is ridiculously cringey, and I know for a fact people I know in real life who may watch this will be sat behind their computers laughing their heads off at me, YAY! My accent is so... ugh. Whatever. The things I do for you guys haha. I had another video, with music in the background and no talking, but Youtube wouldn't accept it because the format wasn't right. I am so beyond devastated at the death of Amy Winehouse. I came home from shopping with my 'rents and was watching Harry Potter, and flicking through Twitter. I saw all these things mentioning her, and thought 'no, it can't be real.' So we changed the channel to the news and sure enough, she's gone. And then I cried, for about an hour.

I cannot believe it. Yes, I know she was on a path of self destruct and I guess it was only her the could have changed things but it's not all her fault, no way. Everyone with a brain should understand that addiction and drugs aren't things you can just click your fingers and get rid of whenever you want. It takes time, effort and willingness to give up. Things that Amy didn't put in. But, when she'd spent the last upteen years on different Class A's, how can she know any different?

She had so much talent, and I think it's wrong to say that's gone to waste because it hasn't; she made something of herself, brought out two albums and released several singles which were undeniably hugely She had the most amazing voice, sang the most controversial songs and I don't think I'll ever forget her music.

I cannot believe the absolute cheek of some people, saying she deserved it, joking about it all. It is just pure rude and nothing but inconsiderate. She didn't deserve it, nobody does. Sure, she was a druggie but nobody's perfect.

I hope she's in a better place now. I can't imagine how her family must be feeling. She was one of the most talented women of her time, and we're lucky to have experienced a voice as flawless as hers. I can remember listening to her version of To Know Him Is To Love Him when I was twelve or thirteen, thinking I could relate. Frank was a favourite album to me for a while. And I remember always wanting to see her in concert, even if they're not something many people would say good things about. I've not listened to her half as much recently but I still have always and will always love and defend her.

Rest in peace, Amy.

My shoes from Zalando arrived, and I love love love them a little too much!

They are from a brand called Seven Seconds, and there's a huge range of their footwear on the site. I don't even know where to start with them, haha! They are beyond comfy, possibly one of the comfiest pairs of shoes I own, not a word of a lie. And, they're super easy to walk in! I checked they weren't too high before I ordered them, compared the height with my other wedges and heels and hoped for the best. I was surprised when I put them on, I'm awful at walking in heels but these just feel like flat shoes. Okay you get my point now. I just love them a lot and they're going to be superglued to my feet for the rest of summer.In terms of the Zalando themselves, I think their companies service is pretty good. The shoes arrived within a week of ordering and everything was simple and clear. I wouldn't have a problem with buying things from there in the future now I know they're a good, decent site. Like I've said before, there's such a wide selection of different brands to choose from (Jeffrey Campbell shoes at prices starting from £65, anyone?), and they sell literally everything clothing wise; from dresses to swimwear. Go and have a look, you're missing out if you don't!
Apologies for this outfit, I'd been lounging around in my pyjamas all day, productively watching Dumb & Dumber and Little Miss Sunshine (favourite films ever!). I knew I'd promised a post ASAP after they'd arrived and so I shoved on whatever looked okay and went a bit snap happy. Oops.
I think I might actually get dressed tomorrow (SHOCK HORROR), and walk down to Asda to buy Harry Potter & The Philosophers Stone. I feel like I've missed out for too long and am a bit embarrassed to say I've not (properly) read the books and haven't seen all the films. Better late than never, eh? Leftover Wakestock money is burning a hole in my pocket. I really recommend MUA nailvarnishes, even though they're an own brand and are ridiculously cheap. I always have my turquoise one on and it doesn't chip really easily. Also, I'm beginning to swear by Flake Away, makes your skin beyond smooth and smells so good. Go buy some.

I got some more of these bottoms because they're super comfy and I love my other pair. This pair only cost me £5 in the H&M sale. One thing has happened, but that's been kinda going on for a few weeks now... I'm being sent some shoes from Zalando and I am ridiculously excited for them to arrive! I've deleted the post about them now though, keeping them somewhat a surprise! I had a couple of pairs in mind... At first I considered getting some Vans but every (wo)man and his dog has a pair and they're getting a bit too overworn now so decided not to. I had my eye on these two pairs of sandals too...

The coolest floor ON THE PLANET.

Wakestock was amazing! I loved nearly every bit of it (minus the weird drunken men at Beardyman and the fact there was nobody we really liked on for three hours on Saturday but, whatever, it was worth it). I think my highlight was Ellie Goulding... I'm not a huge fan of her but we were two rows from the front and she was the first big artist we saw whilst we were there. She was really quite amazing! I was disappointed at Ed Sheeran a bit, I'd been going on about how excited I was to see him and then nearly every song he played was from his new album which I've not listened to properly. He did The City, You Need Me/I Don't Need You, Small Bump and obviously The A Team but the rest were ones I don't know. Ah well, he was still fabbbby and I want to marry him. It was so hot in the tent for him, the others weren't too bad but Oh my God it was nearly unbearable!

I can only apologise for how bad some of the band/artist photos are, I tried my best to get decent shots though!

The weather was crappy on Friday but on Saturday and Sunday it was beaut! I don't think I've ever seen it that good at Abersoch before, it normally always rains when I go... I jinx it. I've burnt my back though, ouch. Oh well!

I think that's it really, there's not a lot to say without telling you every little bit. I came back with about £85 left over because we decided not to buy T-Shirts because we wouldn't wear them and they'd have been a waste of money. So, I'm getting all excited to go shopping, finally!

I'm writing this in the past, or future, I'm not quite sure. Currrrrrently at Wakestock, thought I'd pre-prepare a post and queue it just so you know I'm alive (actually, that might not be true right now seen as I've written this two days ago, uh oh). I hope I am.
So, now it's day two of Wakestock. I've (hopefully) already seen Ellie Goulding, Kids In Glass Houses, Neon Trees, Little Comets and maybe snippets of more who we weren't too bothered about seeing. There's also The Wombats tonight! Tomorrow's going to be the best though; Ed Sheeran, Biffy Clyro, The Cribs, and Charlie Simpson. I could scream from being so excited.

I wish I could show you my nails right now, they look all summery and cool... They're just painted different colours but whatever, I like them haha. I'll get a picture of them for you, how interesting.

Today was induction day for sixth form. It was boring. That is all.

Imagine this outfit with jewellery, it was too hot to wear any, but if it was a bit cooler I would've had some on. It looks like I have camel toe haha. It's not, it's just how the shorts creased because I was leaning forward. I have a habit of missing my head out of outfit posts too nowadays haha. I wish we had a plain white wall in our house that I could use for photos but every one we have either has something infront of it or something on it. Boooo. #1. I changed my layout, finally! Thought I'd do something (kinda) productive with my day instead of just sitting around like I have for the past two weeks (I still did that too, just not as much today). Seriously, though, I've watched about 50 episodes of iCarly, a dozen of Jeremy Kyle and a few of The Hills & LA Ink. I need to get out more.Anyhow, yeah. I decided to whip out my paints and sat here for a good two hours wasting paper. Then I thought 'Hmm, I've not had a photographic header for a while', played around on Paint.Net & voila. I did a few more with different fonts and photos but decided I liked this one best. Are you all bored yet? Ha.
#2. I've not posted for four days. I think that's a record for me; I alwaaays find time to blog, even when I have exams and busy weeks. But the week I'm free of any work, I don't. Makes sense. I'm talking so much garbage haha.
#3. I'm having a spray tan tomorrow, to see how it'll be for prom (1st July!). Eugh, God help me. I've never had one before and I'm kinda sorta maybe dreading it. This is the first time in ages that I've come out of the hairdressers and liked what I've had done. I think the full fringe will be staying for a few weeks/months at least!I hate how this top gapes at the sides, but that's what you get for buying cheaper versions of overpriced (Topshop) clothes. I've noticed I do this too much, buy clothes from tacky shops just because I'm too stingy to pay three times its price from somewhere else. Clearly cost comes before quality for me haha.
I refuse to revise for physics tomorrow (I will fail no matter what, why waste my time?) so I'm just going to sit here and keep refreshing the dashboard until my favourite bloggers post things. I'm going to an after-exams party tomorrow night which will be good (though my exams aren't finished). Woo.

I keep finding myself reblogging pictures of colourful buildings and natural looking photoshoots on Tumblr, though I'm not sure why. I get inspired too easy. One day I'll want to be a 'Roxy girl' (surfer/tan/blonde/beachy/you get the idea), the next someone who wears band tees and spends all their money on music and vintage finds, and the next someone who wears heels everyday and lives in NYC or Paris. I'm an indecisive sod. I was looking through The Selby's links and ended up on Bernstein & Andriulli where I came across Abbey Drucker. Her work is so amazing, I want to be the sort of person she photographs. Ahhh!

I'm finally having my hair cut tomorrow (after about three months) but I don't know what to do about a fringe. I think I will get one put back in, and I can just wear it back if I don't like it. I think I'm having highlights or something before prom so it'll be lighter and less yellowy. I need to take a photo of how I want it to my hairdressers tomorrow but I can't find any. The only thing I've found is this video (the blonde girl with the fringe has the style I want (obviously!)) but I'm not gonna be able to show her that.

Tie-dye socks are the coolest. I'm really happy with how this top came out, I will actually wear it sometime. I've spent my day putting off doing chemistry revision by watching Jeremy Kyle and iCarly. Three hours later I tried doing a past paper and realised that I'll be ridiculously lucky if I get a C in this stupid subject haha. Last years grades should bring it up a bit though hopefully.
Not sure what's happening with the Ebay shabangalang. Everything seems to be telling me not to do it, I keep chickening out (I don't even know why), and PayPal seems to be messing up. I need $dolla$ so badly. I wish I could get a job right now but the chances of that are low because quite a lot's happening at the moment.
I'm going to spend my night playing Sims 3 to drown my sorrows of being incapable of doing chemistry. A*'s all round, eh?

Jumper, Playsuit & Necklace, H&M / Mocassin boots, Je ne sais pas (that's French for I don't know, not some amazingly cool shop haha!) / Bag, Primark / Rings, Matalan & New Look.

I'm at risk of being a walking advertisement for H&M today, oops. I love this playsuit, I'm super glad it works with tights because it'll be fine for autumn/winter too. These boots are pretty much on their last legs, I've had them about three years but I'm not entirely sure where I got them from. All I know is that is was a cheapo shop and they cost less than £10 (I think!). Bargain.

I've been tie/dip-dying again, so I have another t-shirt to show, once it's dried. I like this one better than the first! I also might have kinda gotten a bit over apprehensive and dyed some pairs of old plain white school socks too. I can have hippie feet.

I spent some of the money I'm trying to save for Wakestock to buy Suck It And See (I like Black Treacle the best.) Oops. I'm so bad at saving, I've got £30 so far for the three days I'm there.

I'm hopefully putting some stuff on Ebay tomorrow, including some Kurt Geiger flats. I'll put a link up when I've sorted it all.

I wanted some wedges for summer and these aren't too high for day to day wear and they'll be fine on holiday (hopefully!) I do wish they were higher though. I'm not 100% sure about the flowery things on the top. I don't want to detatch it and end up ruining them but I can't help but think they'd look so much nicer without it, maybe with some DIY studs? Shut up Hannah.

My feet look so Swedish on this, if that's even possible.

Maths went awfully on Monday. I should probably be revising right now for the second exam for it which is tomorrow but I'm too easily distracted. I've spent about an hour trying to play stuff on the Google guitar (it's amazing). Biology went better than expected!
A week on Monday it'll all be over. Finally.

Also, I'm thinking about putting some things up on Ebay this weekend. I need £££'s for Wakestock (tickets came yesterday!) and holiday and I want Arctic Monkeys tickets arrrrrgh. So, someone should give me lessons then you can buy the things I have that I no longer need :-)

#1. The sunny weather's gone and it's back to rain. Funnily enough, my good mood seems to be disappearing and I'm finding flaws and disappointments in everything.

#2. My exams kinda 'restart' again tomorrow so don't expect much blogging for the next fortnight. Two weeks on Tuesday, they'll all be over and done with and all I'll have to worry about is my results. I've not motivated myself to revise enough. I've got this awful attitude towards GCSE's, I'm convinced they're totally irrelevant as soon as Sixth Form starts so I'm not trying as hard as I should be, and thus in all the past papers I've been doing, I've not been getting the A's I'm predicted but instead missing them by single-digit amount of marks. Ugh!

#3. I just want to be at Wakestock now. I've suddenly gone off the thought of prom and everything else, I just want Wakestock. So much.

#4. I dyed my hair last night. You can't tell much in this photo, but it's kinda yellowy in some light, which isn't what I intended. Whateveeeeer. I'm going to redo it for prom. I used this last night, next time I want to use it in this shade. And about the fringe situation, my whole family (like, literally my WHOLE family) don't want me to get one back. But I tend to go against what other people think is best so blah.

These mumble jumble crappy pointless posts are becoming too regular haha. Oh wellllllll, soon as exams are over and summer begins, I promise they'll be more constructive.

Ps, (cliché I know but,) I want to marry Ed Sheeran. I think he's what's making me look forward to Wakestock so much.

I liked todays outfit. I walked around Manchester with my swag turned on full blast. I felt like such a rich kid or something walking around with that on, plus my Kurt Geigers in a bag, plus a Thomas Sabo bag. Kept getting funny looks, no wonder. Ah well, that doesn't happen often so it's okay. I did feel bad though, wearing Primark with Christopher Kane, oops.

I know I said I wasn't buying florals this summer but when have I ever stuck to my word? They're a pair of trousers from H&M (all three things in that photo are from there), which are quite similair to a pair I saw in Jack Wills. The black thing's just a plain vest and the other is a playsuit I've wanted for a while.

We met my Grandma and after a bit of wandering round shops, we went to a jewellers and bought me a Thomas Sabo bracelet. Sometime around Christmas or whenever I have some extra money, I'm going to buy one of these bracelets for daytime and I can keep this special occasions. I'm so lucky to have such a lovely Grandmama and I was in a state of shock for a while when she said I was allowed two charms! I chose the wing because that is another I like a lot, along with the ones I mentioned yesterday. And the Eiffel Tower because I love French things. If I don't live in France one day, I will not have fulfilled one of my dreams.

We walked aound Manchester for six hours (my feet are dead now) and I didn't get a God-damn bag. They didn't have the pink snakeprint one in Topshop, the second one with the large stitch had gold detail, I couldn't find the silver cauldron-esque one in RI, and everything else was a case of I liked/M&G didn't like, M&G liked/I didn't. So, back to square one.

The sun came out today for the first time in ages and I feel like I'm in a really good place this moment in time. Pathetic fallacy? Whatever, I don't want the weather or my mood to change.

This is the extent of my day. I love this necklace. I've been looking for a silver pendant that wasn't too... vintagey(?) or shiny. So glad I found this, and the price was gr8. The swimwear was in the sale too, and aren't meant to match but they go together well. And, I'd show you how cooooool the matte topcoat is but a) my nails are disgusting and b) i cannot paint them to save my life.

I'm considering getting a full fringe again. I've not had one for about, a year-ish now so it's gonna be suuuper weird for me. I've been trying to grow my fringe out but I'm sick of it and it's boring and flat and in desperate need of a cut. I looked like this with a full fringe. I don't know. I want to lighten my hair also, but I'm unsure whether to get that done at the hairdressers or do it myself, whether to have highlights or dye it all. I have really dark eyebrows too, so it might look completely stupid. I can't find any pictures. I'll go on a hunt and do a seperate inspirations post soon.

I'm a bit bummmmmed that it came out brown instead of purple when I mixed the blue and red :-( Ah well.

Exams are going alright, I guess. EngLang1 was just... average? French listening was a bit crappy, I think I got about 30/40, hopefully I'll make up for it with the reading tomorrow. Then EngLang2 was good today, really thankful for the decent questions! Really worried about Lit though, I hate the pre-1914 poems with a passion. I cannot wait to get out of school. 9 more days and I can just forget about everyone (but not everything, still got another 6 exams after that).

21st June can't come quick enough. Not looking too forward to prom anymore. Nothing is happening anymore. Everything is rubbish. I'm going through another one of my 'realisation' phases. I hate people. A majority of them only talk when they want something or when they know for a fact you're not in a good mood.

OH. I'VE NOT MENTIONED. WE HAVE BOOKED TICKETS FOR WAKESTOCK. I am so excited! AAAAAAAH!

#01 - I got these today, along with a few other bits and bobs. I'm trying not to spend. It's clearly not going amazingly well.

#02 - I don't think I've explained the Wakestock situation on here properly yet? Ok. Here goes. Wakestock is a festival in Abersoch in Wales. My Auntie has a house in Abersoch, and goes there quite a lot. So I thought, HEY. Why not go to Wakestock? We wouldn't have to camp and we'd save a few £££'s with only buying day passes so it'll be about £120 each. I'd asked my other Auntie who will hopefully be taking me and Lorna down there and staying in the house with us, but we didn't have a clear answer from Auntie no.1 about whether or not we could stay in the house. Anyhow, this morning my mum was on the phone to Auntie no.1 and to cut a long story short, she's said that she doesn't think there'll be any problem with us staying there so BOOYAH we're (hopefully) going! (Just got a bit of persuading to do, fingers crossed). The lineup so far includes Ellie Goulding, Biffy Clyro, The Cribs, The Wombats, Ed Sheeran, Little Comets, The Noisettes and so many more. And on the website it says there's loads more to announce. So excited!

#03 - I'm shitting myself now. I leave school in exactly 20 days. I have my first exam in exactly 9 days. I've not revised for it at all, and it's hitting home how unprepared I am. Oops. I need to get my head down! I'm not planning on doing a blog hiatus or whatever. But 16th May - 21st June is my exam period so I'm going to try and blog less and revise more. I bet I don't. But I'll do my best.

#04 - I have nothing else to say. I'll try and do an outfit post tomorrow. (Contradicting what I wrote up there^ already, haha).

Ps: I have replaced my face with hair, substantial improvement!
